Pink Bunny Co. & My Daily Helper
Privacy Policy
How Pink Bunny Co. handles information across My Daily Helper, this website, testing programs, digital products, physical products, custom-made products, donations, and support.
Effective: August 29, 20261. Scope and Responsible Business
Pink Bunny Co. (“Pink Bunny Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes My Daily Helper and provides this website, digital products, physical products, custom-made products, customer support, and related services (the “Services”). This policy applies to information handled through those Services. It does not replace the privacy notice of Google Play, Amazon Appstore, an operating system, payment processor, shipping carrier, email provider, or another service you choose to use.

2. Information Stored by My Daily Helper
The App can store profiles and display names; caregiver settings and PIN information; visual schedules and completion state; communication cards, labels, phrases, and recent messages; feelings check-ins and journal entries; rewards; calendar items; ABA-session notes; medication and emergency information; Social Stories; selected or captured photos; imported PDFs; selected audio; reports; notification preferences; and other app settings. This content is stored locally on the device.
The current release does not require an online account and does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics, crash-reporting, social-network, or cloud-sync SDKs. It does not request Android internet permission. Pink Bunny Co. therefore does not automatically receive App content or App usage data from this release.
Text-to-speech and other operating-system features may be provided by software installed on the device and are governed by that provider’s settings and privacy practices.
3. Notifications, Photos, PDFs, Audio, and Sharing
- Notifications: optional medication reminders, feelings check-ins, and caregiver summaries are created on-device. Android notification permission may be requested. Caregivers can disable notifications and should review lock-screen privacy settings.
- Photos: a caregiver may launch the device camera or file picker to add communication images or story pages. The App stores its working copy locally. The external camera or file provider follows its own privacy practices.
- PDFs and audio: caregivers may select PDF stories and audio files. App-owned copies or access references remain on-device until removed, their related content is deleted, app storage is cleared, or the App is reset.
- Exports and external actions: information leaves the App only when a caregiver deliberately exports, prints, shares, emails, opens the Pink Bunny Co. website, or uses another app or service. The chosen recipient or service then handles the information under its own policy.
- Issue reports: an email draft may include the App version, Android version, manufacturer, and device model. The caregiver decides whether to send it and should remove names, journal content, health details, or other private information first.
4. Website, Purchases, Donations, and Product Information
| Category | Examples and purpose |
|---|---|
| Website technical data | IP address, browser/device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and security logs may be processed by a web host to deliver and protect the site. |
| Contact and support | A customer’s name, reply email, selected topic, subject, message, screenshots, order information, and voluntarily supplied details may be submitted through our contact form and retained in email and support records so we can respond. |
| Orders and delivery | Adult customer contact details, billing and shipping addresses, product choices, delivery instructions, transaction status, and purchase history may be used to fulfill and support orders. |

Optional donations are processed by Square. Pink Bunny Co. may receive the donor name, contact information, amount, transaction status, and other limited transaction details that Square makes available, but does not receive full payment-card details. Square handles payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.
Contact form information is submitted to the IONOS-hosted website and transmitted through Google Workspace to the appropriate Pink Bunny Co. mailbox. The current website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising, accounts, checkout, or other tracking is added directly to this website, this policy and any required notices or consent controls must be updated before use.
Testing Signups and Participation
Adults interested in testing future Pink Bunny Co. apps, services, or products may submit their name, email address, phone number, device type and model, testing interests, accessibility needs, experience, and an optional message. If selected, we may also receive invitation status, participation status, test responses, survey answers, support communications, screenshots, device and operating-system details, crash or error descriptions, and other feedback the tester chooses to provide.
Pink Bunny Co. uses this information to review testing interest; select and contact potential testers; match testers with compatible devices or opportunities; send instructions and invitations; administer tests; investigate issues; improve accessibility, compatibility, safety, reliability, and usability; document store-readiness efforts; and communicate about feedback or future opportunities. A signup does not guarantee selection, access, or a specific testing opportunity.
Google Play, Amazon Appstore, device manufacturers, survey providers, or other services used for a particular test may separately process account, enrollment, device, installation, participation, diagnostic, and feedback information under their own privacy policies. Testers should avoid including names of children, health records, passwords, financial details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in feedback.
5. How Pink Bunny Co. Uses Information
- Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
- Respond to support, privacy, order, return, custom-design, and beta-testing requests.
- Process purchases, provide downloads, create proofs, manufacture, package, and ship products.
- Prevent fraud, enforce terms, protect users and rights, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, safety, and recordkeeping duties.
Pink Bunny Co. does not sell personal information and does not use children’s personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising.
6. When Information May Be Disclosed
- At your direction, including caregiver-initiated App sharing, exports, emails, printing, file selection, reviews, testing feedback, or delivery to another person.
- To service providers supporting hosting, email, surveys, testing administration, payment, digital delivery, security, manufacturing, printing, packaging, shipping, or customer support, subject to appropriate restrictions.
- To app-store, testing, and transaction partners, including Google Play and Amazon Appstore, which process their own account, enrollment, store, installation, participation, transaction, device, diagnostic, tax, and payment information under their respective policies. Pink Bunny Co. may receive limited testing, purchase, entitlement, and transaction information needed to administer tests and provide support.
- For legal and safety reasons, when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful process.
- In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, subject to applicable law and this policy.
Content Creation Tools and Personal Information
Pink Bunny Co. develops content through a combination of original human planning, writing, illustration, review, testing, licensed software, and modern digital creation tools. Every published resource is selected, reviewed, and prepared by Pink Bunny Co. for its intended audience.
Customer, donor, tester, child, caregiver, order, support, health, device, or other personal information submitted to Pink Bunny Co. is not provided to generative content systems to create or improve our materials. We do not use customer submissions to train artificial-intelligence models. When a service provider is needed to operate the website, process payments, deliver email, or administer testing, information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for that service and handled as described in this policy.
7. Children’s Privacy and Adult Supervision
My Daily Helper is designed for caregivers supporting children and adults. It uses data-minimizing, on-device functionality and does not include ads, behavioral tracking, child accounts, public profiles, chat, social networking, or automatic transmission of child profile information to Pink Bunny Co. A parent, legal guardian, caregiver, educator, or other responsible adult should supervise use, decide what is entered or shared, control permissions, and manage purchases.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent. In regions with a higher applicable child age, we apply the locally required age. Website purchases, custom requests, support messages, and testing signups must be submitted by an adult. A child may participate in an appropriate test only under the direct supervision of the registered parent or legal guardian, who controls the account, invitation, installation, and feedback. If you believe a child sent personal information directly to Pink Bunny Co. without appropriate authorization, contact us. A verified parent or guardian may request access to or deletion of information we maintain about the child, subject to law.
Schools, providers, and organizations are responsible for their own legal basis, notices, permissions, consent, record handling, and compliance when they use or test the Services.
8. Security and Backups
Automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for App data. Caregivers can create a password-encrypted .mdhbackup package and choose where to store or share it. Anyone with both the file and password may be able to restore its contents. Caregivers are responsible for protecting the device, caregiver PIN, backup password, exported files, email messages, and destination storage.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no device, website, testing platform, storage method, payment system, or transmission is guaranteed completely secure. Testers are responsible for protecting private invitations, testing links, test files, account access, and unreleased information. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support messages, custom-product requests, testing signups, or feedback.
9. Retention and Deletion
Local App information remains until a caregiver edits or deletes it, deletes a profile, removes related media, uses “Delete Everything & Reset,” clears App storage through Android, or uninstalls the App. Device behavior can vary; exported files and encrypted backups must be deleted separately from every location where they were saved or shared.
My Daily Helper does not create an online Pink Bunny Co. App account, so there is no remote App account to delete. Pink Bunny Co. cannot remotely access or erase local App data. Order, transaction, tax, shipping, support, download, warranty, safety, testing, and dispute records may be retained as reasonably necessary or legally required. Testing-list contact and device information may be retained while future opportunities remain reasonably anticipated; participation and feedback records may be retained to document testing, investigate issues, improve products, satisfy store requirements, and protect legal rights. Custom-product files are kept only as long as reasonably needed to create and support the order, unless law permits or requires longer retention.
A tester may ask to be removed from future testing invitations or request deletion of personal information held directly by Pink Bunny Co. through our Contact Us page or by emailing admin@pinkbunnyco.com. Removal from our list does not automatically delete records held independently by an app store or other provider. We may verify identity or authority and may retain records that law requires or permits.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
- Decline optional Android notification permission or disable notifications.
- Choose whether to add, import, export, share, print, email, back up, or delete content.
- Review, edit, or delete local App information using caregiver controls.
- Decline a testing invitation, stop participating, or ask to be removed from future testing communications.
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right concerning information held directly by Pink Bunny Co.
Rights vary by location. We will respond to verified requests as required and will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.
11. International Use and Policy Changes
Pink Bunny Co. is based in the United States. Information submitted directly to us from another country may be processed in the United States. We may update this policy when functionality, business practices, store requirements, or law changes. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date and additional notice or consent when required.
